Dress for the weather! We're outdoors, so expect dirt and fresh air. Bring a water bottle and comfortable footwear.

Each session has a clear meeting point. Full details and maps are provided.

All tools and materials for heritage crafts are supplied. Plus, hot drinks and biscuits!

Our sessions are about peace and connection. There’s no pressure to talk or achieve anything beyond simply being present. You can leave whenever you want!
